Ginger Pork
Ingredients (2 People)

Pork (Thinly sliced) Soy Sauce Sake Grated Ginger Lettuce Cooking Oil |
7 oz 1½-2 tablespoons 1/2 tablespoon 1/2 teaspoon 2-3 leaves 1 tablespoon |
1.Cut pork into bite size pieces.
2. Mix soy sauce, sake and grated ginger in a bowl and add the pork.
3. Wash and drain lettuce. Tear lettuce and put on plate.
4.Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a frying pan and cook the pork over high heat. When the color of the pork turns to brown, reduce heat and cook the pork thoroughly. Put the pork on top of the lettuce and serve.
