Italian Style Steamed Alfonsino

Alfonsino Clams Black Olive Grape Tomato Capers Olive Oil Water Chopped Italian Parsley |
2 pieces fish 8 4 6 1/2 Tablespoon 1/2 Tablespoon 1/4 cup 1/2 Tablespoon |
1. Season fish with salt and pepper.
2. Put fish, clams, black olives, grape tomatoes, capers, olive oil and water in a heat-resistant container and cover with plastic wrap.
3. Heat in a microwave for 4 minutes and leave for 1 or 2 minutes to settle. If the clams don’t open, heat about 10-20 seconds more and repeat until they open their shells.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add Italian parsley.
