Wash bean sprouts and drain. Cook in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Divide the pork into four. Spread the pork and arrange lengthwise making them overlap a little at the edge. Place 4 sheets of Japanese basil in the middle.
Squeeze the bean sprouts and divide into four. Place them on the pork and roll them up. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Make three other rolls.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and cook the pork rolls until golden.
Cut one pork roll into 3 or 4 pieces. Place them on a plate. Cut a lemon into wedges and serve it for garnish. Dip the pork roll in soy sauce if you like. Enjoy.
