Stewed Hamburger

Ingredients (1 serving)

Hamburger               

King Oyster Mushroom     

Grape Tomatoes                 

Cabbage                                         

Demiglace Sauce              

Tonkatsu Sauce

Ketchup

Soy Sauce                         

Egg                                                 

Salt & Pepper

1/3 lb. divided in 6 parts

1 piece

6 tomatoes

1/4 head

1/2 can (5 oz.)

1 Tablespoon

1 Tablespoon

1 teaspoon

1 egg

Season to taste

1.  Split mushroom lengthwise into four pieces. Cut cabbage coarsely and set aside. Put hamburger, mushroom and small tomatoes into a pan, add 3 tablespoons of water, and cook over medium heat. When it comes to a boil, cover pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
 
2.  Add half can of demiglace sauce. When it comes to a boil, add a tablespoon of ketchup, a tablespoon of Tonkatsu sauce and a teaspoon of soy sauce.
 

3.  Make space in the center and crack an egg. Put cabbage around the egg and cover the pan again and simmer over medium low heat for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.  

 

 

Corn Chowder Soup

Ingredients

Corn (Cream Type)

Onion

Soup Stock Cube

Milk

Butter

Cooking Oil

Salt, Pepper

Minced Parsley

1 can (6-1/2 oz.)

1/4

1/2 cube

3/4 cup

1 Tablespoon

1/2 Tablespoon

To taste

As desired

1.   Slice the onion lengthwise. Put a half tablespoon of cooking oil into a pan and heat the onion over medium heat until wilted.
 
2.  Add a can of corn and heat until the liquid is gone. Add half cup of hot water, half cube of soup stock and 3/4 cup of milk. Bring to a boil.
 

3.  Turn off the heat and add 1 Tablespoon of butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle a dash of minced parsley and serve.
