Dotchi is a Japanese cooking show where two chefs prepare two competing dishes, each using a special premium ingredient.  The dish that is ultimately served at the end of the show is determined by majority vote of the panelists, and then served only to those who voted for that dish.

At the end of the show, the two hosts say “Konya no gochuumon wa dotchi? (Which dish will you order tonight?)”  Dotchi is a transliteration of the Japanese word meaning “which one.”  Tune in at 9pm on Friday nights to see the winning dish!
