2017 “My Heart Belongs To” Valentine Contest Official Rules

1. Description:
The “2017 “My Heart Belongs To” Valentine Contest is sponsored by KIKU-TV, 737 Bishop St., Suite 1430, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, and Yajima-ya, 1345 S. King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents. The promotion begins on February 3, 2017, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Monday, February 13, 2017.

2.How To Enter:
• Post a photo of your Valentine on KIKU TV’s Facebook ™ page, with the following caption filled in:
“My heart belongs to _____________________, because ________________________________” #kikutvvc2017.
• All photos and captions must be suitable for viewing by family audiences, and must be a “Public” post. All entries become the property of KIKU TV.
• All entries must be posted by11:59 pm Monday, February 13, 2017. KIKU-TV and Yajima-ya are not responsible for lost entries or other non-receipt.
• Entrants agree not to upload, post, or transmit any materials containing computer viruses or harmful components intending to damage, interfere with, or harm any computer system or to gain personal information. Entrants should not submit any materials that do not belong to them, included copyrighted, prohibited, and other restricted materials.
• You must be a current legal resident of Hawaii and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• The authorized account holder shall be regarded as the entrant for the contest.
• No purchase is necessary to enter. Employees, their immediate family members, or anyone residing in the households of the employees of KIKU-TV or Yajima-ya are not eligible.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. KIKU-TV reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or in violation of the Official Rules.

3.Prizes
The winner will be selected by KIKU TV, and receive a $100 gift certificate for dining at Yajima-ya Restaurant. The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. All decisions will be made at the sole discretion of KIKU TV and are final. KIKU-TV reserves the right to disqualify any entry. Winning entries may be broadcast on the air by KIKU TV.
